Fun Pick LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PuzzleVerse mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information, and advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android).
Usage Data: Game progress, levels completed, in-app actions, session duration, and interaction with advertisements.
Account Information: If you sign in via Apple or Google, we receive your display name and email address. Guest accounts do not collect personal information.
Payment Information: If you request a payout, we collect your PayPal email address. We do not store credit card or payment details directly.
We use the collected information to provide and improve the App, process reward payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, display relevant advertisements, and comply with legal obligations.
We use third-party advertising networks to display ads in the App. These networks may collect and use information about your device and usage to serve personalized advertisements. Our advertising partners include Google AdMob, Appodeal (BidMachine), and other demand partners integrated through Appodeal's mediation platform.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings or by denying the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.
PuzzleVerse awards Reward Points for gameplay achievements such as completing levels and daily challenges. These points can be exchanged for PayPal payouts. We collect your PayPal email address solely for the purpose of processing payouts.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with third-party advertising partners as described above, payment processors (PayPal) for payouts, and analytics services to improve the App.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it.
If you are in the EU or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, opt out of data processing for advertising purposes, and withdraw consent at any time. The App presents a consent dialog for EU users on first launch.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), JWT-based authentication with token rotation, server-side fraud detection, and ECDSA ad verification to protect your data.
